This is a sample of a web site created using Wix. Again, it has not taken very long at all, and most of that time was spent trying to find the images!

One idea for making a web site...

As one of the people who'll be helping some participants with this project, I thought I'd better make sure I can practise what I preach!

One of the tools is, of course, Blogger which these pages have been published with. There are lots of options within this tool itself and it can just be used to make something like a web site. To illustrate this, I have just put a sample together in about 10 minutes which you can see at this link. Unlike lots of traditional web site tools, as well as making something like this, you can edit and update it too without needing specialist help or software.

It includes a form too on the Contact page which uses Google Forms. How to do that bit isn't quite as obvious as the text and pictures so I will be adding some notes on that site in a while for anyone that wants to experiment.

I'm also making examples using the same content with some other tools and hope to add links to the results for those too later today.
